I logged 53 miles during my first official three weeks on the training schedule.
I’m going to repeat that, because I am not exaggerating when I say that I could not run 53 seconds straight only a few months ago. Once more, let the records show:
I logged 53 miles during my first official three weeks on the training schedule. It’s extraordinary. It’s surreal. January flew by. When I think about this marathon training, I feel like a rock star.
