On your mark...[/caption]

It’s really fun when RunVermont gets to volunteer at a community run! Last Wednesday we spent the morning at Integrated Arts Academy located right on a city block in the North End of Burlington. This was an opportunity for all the children to run as part of the school’s “Move it, Move it” program while supporting their classmates in a fun and festive environment. There was music by James Kochalka Superstar and Sambatucada and a healthy snack of apples and bananas. The UVM Cross Country running team did a wonderful job of leading the happy and enthusiastic runners.

We’ve enjoyed supporting the IAA community and look forward to having them as a part of our 2015 Spring Ready, Set, Run program.
